Before you decide whether to stay or let go, you may consider asking yourself if that is what you really want, or you are just fulfilling someone's wishes.
If your answer is this is what you wanted in the first place, you may consider thinking it over on what made you like the program to begin with. What are the things that you are willing to give up once you entered the program? Or have you ever thought of the possibility that you will suffer more once you entered the program. By answering these questions, this will lead you to answer whether you will stay or you will let go.
If your answer is you're only fulfilling someone's wishes (parents, peers etc) you may consider talking to them and explain the situation. Sure thing, your parents would like nothing but the best for you but if this is not worth the suffering, then let go.
And if you decided to quit, consider unwinding and think of your next plan. The decision is all up to you.
