As a son of God and a Psychologist with over 9yrs expertise in identifying and developing talents, plus about three years of hands-on management experience, I have honed my ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and drive growth.
Let's connect to explore how my unique blend of revelational/psychological insight and business acumen can contribute to your overall success.
If that is something you want to do for the long term, the first thing to do is to create a brand identity, then get the word out.
You can exploit organic growth opportunities or paid paid options if you can afford it
Majority of buyers are future buyers. I recommend you start by developing a lead magnate in the form of a free pdf, a podcast, or free ebook on "costly mistakes to avoid when buying a home".
Then you promote it across social media networks. Now, anyone requesting this is identifying himself as a prospect.
Depending on their level of awareness and readiness, you then take them through your funnel till you close each sale. I can guide you through a highly curated process.
If I get you right, you enrolled because of the opportunities that the programme offers and you are considering quitting because of this one teacher.
First, choosing careers that does not align to purpose or passion is one of the major causes of disinterest or unmotivation and regrets later on in life.
My honest advise is that you quit if this programme does not align to passion (things you are gifted or talented in). I know you are passionate about the incentives that certain careers promises, however, you need to come to terms with the fact that the only formula to success is being the best in whatever thing that you do and passion is the number ingredient because success is hard, if you do not love what you do, you will remain a mediocre or quit along the way.
There are a number of options but will only give you pennies compared to the effort you will be required to put in.
A better option is to acquire a skill and build digital products and sell. That way, you have control of how much you can make.
And if you desire to thrive, identify your passion and capture your visions. What you will see are problems you desperately desire to solve.
So learn how to solve them the best way possible and build the solution into physical products or digital products and offer for sale.
That is how most businesses started. You can then learn more on how to build or grow it.
I can guide you through every single step.
Long time commitment only comes with long term investment. I mean, almost everyone works for his or herself, and defend his/her interest.
Loyalty is earned when you are able to attract the people who believe in what you believe, who share similar values as your firm, and you are able to help them to understand where you (the firm) are coming from, where you currently are, and where you are going plus helping them to cleary see a future for themselves in that journey.
I guess this isn't a challenge for you anymore.
However, here are my thoughts.
The best form of motivation is the one that comes from within (intrinsic). I always recommend hiring people who share similar vision and core values with you.
This kind of people work like volunteers and they go the extra mile always. It works every single time because they see work as either a learning opportunity or that they are contributing to something bigger than themselves.
I guess you have gotten a partner for your start-up by now and you have learnt all the lessons that comes with the strategy you adopted.
The question for me should have been, how do I get the "right partner" for my start-up.
The right partner for me is one who shares similar vision and values with you. This reduce misunderstandings and potential conflicts by over 70% because vision and passion is what makes us work with blood, sweat, and tears whether or not we are getting a reward.
You may not have that kind of person within your network. I will alwats recommend walking up to someone who you know fit your need, or try network events, or share your passion online, you will be surprised the call that may come in.
The skill and knowledge you are seeking to enhance is to what end?
Is it to help you run the growing business more effectively and efficiently or it is for a goal entirely different from the business?
For me, it is about setting your priorities right.
If the business is your priority right now, identify key inputs that you make personally daily to ensure that everything is up and running and try to automate, deligate, or outsource the role the best way you can. That way, you can get more time for your education.
It may increase your cost, but we both know that it is worth it.
Similarly, you can track how you spend your time daily, and you will be surprised the number of hours you are wasting.
Every brand needs to be nurtured and updating ones skills or acquiring new ones is necessary for growth.
