Background Bio:
My roles have varied from co-founder and CEO to Head of operations and strategic initiatives. Now I am getting involved in the Open innovation area with the goal to help established companies connect with cutting-edge products and startups, launch pilot projects, do integrations, partnerships and acquisitions.
Some words about my previous professional experience.

I joined www.unstoppabledomains.com at its earliest days, have been an 11th employee, and have seen the startup grow to 150+ employees and become a 1-billion dollar company. I have been responsible for various business areas, including hiring, partner integrations, and operations, and now I am managing strategic initiatives like developing Unstoppable Women of Web3 (unstoppablewow3.com) and Partnerships with Accelerators. Unstoppable Women of Web3 is the initiative to educate women on web3, drive diversity in the space, showcase more females and help them grow and connect.

Before Unstoppable Domains, I have been a CEO and co-founder of two e-commerce startups in travel retail (Mydutyfree.net) and sharing economy (Dressboom), leading teams of up to 20 people. Bringing IT companies from ideas to traction, revenue, and expansion. During this time, we have done integrations with largest travel retail operators, airports, airlines, delivery companies, partnered with fashion brands.

The most important thing is to build meaningful relationships rather than have a lot of connections. Your 'connection' on LinkedIn may pass you by in real life without recognising you. Meaningful relationships always convert - one day or another. To build meaningful relationships, just show a sincere interest in a person and listen. If you are looking for the ways to manage your network online, some tips: - review who you follow on LinkedIn. If you will see the relevant content from relevant people - it will be easier to engage with them by liking, reposting, commenting their posts - write posts with some useful information (reviews, small researches) and tag companies, people you want to engage with.
