Founder of BP Investigative Agency in 2011, William Paatalo is a licensed Private Investigator / Expert Witness specializing in foreclosure defense and litigation throughout the United States. Mr. Paatalo has worked exclusively over the last 8 – years and has spent more than 15,000 hours conducting investigatory research and interviews related to mortgage securitization and chain of title analyses. Typically, investigations are at the request of a homeowners or their counsel with the objective of determining whether there are facts that corroborate both the actual assertions and implied statements contained in various documents that purport to transfer, deliver or otherwise imply possession or ownership of a debt, note or mortgage (deed of trust in nonjudicial states).
