Is it any violation of copyright or Fair Use to post Movie Trailer Videos on your web site?

Hosting the trailer on your site without permission is definitely not allowed, but you are probably allowed to embed a YouTube player with the video. In that situation you'd only need to check YouTube's terms of use, not the original copyright holder (disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer and the legal situation may also depend on the jurisdiction). Well done for reaching this stage - not an easy task. A few marketing options: 1. Give an incentive to your existing customers to promote your services. For example, you can offer them a once off discount or 1 month premium package for each customer they bring (it all depends on your services). Or, you could just ask them. Either way, this is basically free advertising, and customers are in a much better position to pursued potential customers. 2. There is no one answer - FB or Google. It depends on your product, your target audience (their age, location, profession...for example, if they're in China Google and FB are less relevant..). your budget, the conversion rate and CPA on each of these platforms...button line, the best method is to run 2 simultaneous campaigns, which would be as similar as possible, and test to see where the results are better. I can connect you with a Google Advertising expert if you like. Good luck I've successfully helped over 350 entrepreneurs, startups and businesses, and I would be happy to help you. Hi, the best way to start anything is to start. With clickfunnels apply to them directly. When you apply be specific on your target location, age of the target audience and generally make everything clear so that it will be easy for you to get results. Good luck

Interesting, but why would the brands need you? If they're offering a few days/week free trial period, they can do this directly? Also, it's a bit of a complicated model (logistically). What is more common, is that some companies lease out products: you pay per day/week/month, and then, if you want to keep the product, you pay the difference. If you don't want to keep it, you give it back (and you only paid for the time you used it). Good luck I've successfully helped over 350 entrepreneurs, startups and businesses, and I would be happy to help you. It takes time for search engines to properly index your websites. Changing the entire website within a 3 month timespan will impact your SEO for sure. Search engines love it when websites are easily identifiable. If your site looks like it's going through a mid-life crisis, it's not going to rank well. If you need more SEO related help feel free to message me.

I am an expert about all the technical things.

Amazon's only requirement is that you need to buy a “GS1 UPC code” to finalize your product listing and start selling on Amazon. Remember, you cannot create your own Amazon UPC code.

Hi Options: 1. Rent or lease them (amount of companies that offer this option depends on your location). 2. Purchase them second hand (there's some amazing quality second hand furniture - some of which you'll be able to sell when done. 3. Partner with companies who want to promote their products and may be willing to give you the inventory at substantially reduced prices in exchange for showing the brand/logo of the product on it or including the brands on your website. Either way, you should get reduced rates for buying large quantities. I've successfully helped over 350 entrepreneurs, startups and businesses, and I would be happy to help you. Hi, Thanks for clarifying your business model. This helps me help you better. So, as part of strategy, I would suggest you to begin with global e-commerce giant, Amazon. Furthermore, I would suggest you to keep it exclusively on Amazon. You can tell your existing customers to purchase your products on amazon and give them a coupon which they can use to get a discount. Also ask for their reviews (there are multiple ways to do that). This helps you keep up the numbers that acts as a social proof on Amazon. People looking for the products you sell will find you product in the search results. Since you have taken care of the numbers (sales & reviews) Amazon will promote your product to the top of the search result and hence increase the sales. Meanwhile, I'd suggest you to create your own website and market it across all marketing channels like search engine, social media & email. This includes bringing in customers via blogging, content marketing, videos, social media posts and newsletter. Once you have a decent number of user base, you can then shift your focus from amazon to your own website. The reason why you should consider your own website, is that Amazon is only getting 30% of every sale it makes (which is also the main reason why you should build your own website), so Amazon will increase its margin by selling same products as their own and rank it atop. At the end of the day, you don't own the customers on amazon, or any platform for that matter. So in order to reach global customer base and increase profit margins, you should rely, invest & take very seriously on your own e-commerce website. You can do that using shopify or Woocommerce+Wordpress. This is a 10,000 feet overview how I would get started with e-commerce business & this is how I have helped many of my clients. If you need any help, feel free to book a call & I'll help you strategize in detail.

Your lead magnet should come directly from your offering. Your full offering should contain a lot of “wins” for your customers throughout the lifetime of your relationship with them. Your lead magnet should be 1 of those wins. This demonstrates that the full offering is worth it because your customer now trust that you can deliver. The bigger the “win” in the lead magnet the higher potential the customer will convert to a paying customer. Message me if you want to full figure this out for your business.

I’m a Business and Life Strategist with over 20 years of consulting on Life, Government, and Business Strategies. We’ve also submitted numerous bids to government and commercial entities putting us in a unique position to provide you a tactic that should bring you the results in overcoming your dilemma. I'd suggest that you tack action upon the following: 1. Create a Capability Statement and a White Letter. They're what you'll utilize to send to your potential clients. In your capability statement, you'll speak about what your company will offer to your potential client. The white letter will speak to how your product will enhance their product line for your client's customers. 2. Go to each of your potential buyers' website and check to see if they have a Vendor Registration page/link and become a vendor with that company. Once you've become a vendor, see if they require your product. If not your particular product, see who put out a bid for a product that is similar to your product. Once you've found the Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Supervisor, or Purchasing Agent contact information, you'll immediately send them your Capability Statement. 3. Utilize LinkedIn to introduce yourself to the casino's Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Supervisor, and/or the Purchasing Agent to introduce yourself and build a professional relationship with them. If you have any additional questions or assistance, feel free to contact me.

I'm your go-to for all your tech questions/issues.

You can use something like Amazon FBA where you send all your inventory to one of their many warehouses around the world and they will securely store it for you. Then, when you have a sale, they will pack and ship the order to the customer for you. They even handle things like returns and customer service. I would recommend checking it out.

Hi, Although I've helped many SaaS startups, your question is a bit too general to give an educated answer, because it really depends on the type of service you are providing, the niche' you're targeting, the clientele, country, etc. For example, launching a SaaS product for B2B isn't the same as launching for a B2C product. A product for younger consumers wouldn't b launched the same as a product for older ones. I've successfully helped over 350 entrepreneurs, startups and businesses, and I would be happy to help you. Hi Ali! Congrats on getting to that point. I have experience in the baby industry- while I can’t help you on the financial aspect I could help with making sure your POV stands out amongst the rest to get that financial backing. I can also tell you that in order to really get some real traction you will need to invest in mommy bloggers. This will require free samples at minimum and having a budget to have them promote all at once. Would love to chat with you if interested in any of the marketing/ branding/ social & digital media aspects. Best, Tiffany

Hi "Good" for who? for you or for your customers. Because in this industry, it is unfortunately, often one or the other. Ideally, you should find something something that is good for both sides. Additionally, you need to differentiate between repeat business travelers and private 'holiday' travelers. For a business traveler, the 100 $/Euro discount on the next trip is more relevant because they know they will use it (and it brings you repeat business). For private individuals, they prefer discounts which are relevant to their current booking. So: If your system allows it, start by asking (like most website do) if it's a business trip or pleasure. If business, the 100X on next order often works. If pleasure, the discount needs to be relevant to the current order. As for the actual type of discount/loyalty: there are hundreds of things to take into account, most of them are about understanding the psychology behind the people making the purchase. Most people will compare prices, so an offer that refers to comparison prices can help ("If you find a cheaper price we will compare it"), a lot of people hesitate before finalizing the purchase (so a discount offer towards the final stages is wise - if you your tech allows it, then this should only be offered to users who 'pause' on a certain page and are hesitant to move forward). Bottom line: there is no one 'quick fix' program. You need to tailor various programs to various travelers, at various stages. Tough times for travel business, but those who are innovative and thinking ahead, can still do well. You will have to do market research to identify the right target for your app. What type of content are you offering? Typically this research should have been done before building the app. Market research is the first step in app planning and strategy.

The "old" multi brand furniture eCom have probably been doing it the traditional way. Buying inventory and reselling it online as they would in a retail store. But if you were to start a multi brand furniture ecom in 2020, I would recommend you start by reaching out to those established furniture stores and ask if they could dropship furnitures if you were to bring them new customers. You will be surprised most of them will be happy to work with you as long as you bring new customers. On your end, it's a win win because you will get the same multi brand furniture for your store, without having to hold all the inventory. Margin for furniture can go from 30%-300% - It really depend from where you are sourcing them and if you want to be a more affordable or luxurious furniture brand. Hope that help!

I don't know as I have not earned any yet. It has been just a few days since I have joined but I will make some observations. 1. Number of active users on Clarity is not clear(no pun intended). 2. Answers would seem the logical way to generate demand but are often asked by people who don't understand the need to invest in quality information and planning (might as well ask on Quora). 3. The should be a way to monetize messaging because some users tend to be more comfortable with the method of interaction.

I think you'd have a good market if you started with hotels like Ace, etc. who want to be trendy and using local consumer brands. There are probably several ways to monetize this. 1) Work with the hospitality companies to curate the brands that they want to represent their company. You can charge as a service provider for this. 2) Work with the consumer brands and push the products on hospitality spaces. You can charge as a marketing agency. 3) Both options above also leave room for you to monetize as an affiliate (take kick-backs for sales generated by your service). I think it was Ace that was also selling the products that they were using to guests. (ex. if you liked the soap, towels, robe, etc. you could buy them through the hotel.) You can an affiliate kick-back (probably shared with the hotel in this case) for every sale. These are just a few thoughts, but there are a ton of possibilities and I'd have to know more details about what you are thinking to advise better. Good Luck!

I own a digital marketing agency and have helped many businesses create and execute social media plans. I would not hire someone right off the bat for your type of business. It's much more efficient nowadays to hire an agency or freelancer to set it up for you with software. The software will run itself on a queue, recycling posts. When you have 200-300 evergreen posts, you don't need to create new ones every single day. The software will also be able to post separately to all your social media channels, each on their own timeframe. A few great ones are MeetEdge, eClincher, Hootsuite, and Buffer, just to name a few. Let's schedule a call if you need further direction. https://clarity.fm/davidsanchezrn

Do you have design staff in your team? I think the problem now is that no one is really buying clothes. You can sell services to at least keep minimal cash-flow coming in. Another thought as a Dad, is to pivot to baby and children's clothing. They keep growing virus or not. I've had to buy a size up twice now for my daughter since COVID started.
