You're already saving by using a fulfillment house in each region. You could save a little more on costs by sending the product to the 3PL already picked and packed. If your product is repacked in a mail-ready package that will save some. You could take that one further and send the picked, packed and labelled product to regional mailing houses. The post office can also sometimes help with bulk mailing projects of this nature and that would eliminate your 3PL costs entirely and also ensure you're getting the lowest shipping rates. Also, your 3PL should be providing you with information that would allow you to track this data. Why are you not getting that information? Also, why is your current operation not scaleable, have you reached the limits of your providers? Not sure I understand that part.

Communicate with a range of different people and get them to try it out for free and leave reviews. That would get you off to a good start and they can also tell you some negative things that you may be able to fix.

As such not possible from the front end. But, yes, there is possibility fir it to be done from the back end by Facebook authorities themselves if informed at the earliest.

Hi If you haven't already validated the market, then it would be best to start with something simple and the option with the cheapest costs. If you see that there is in fact a need for your service, you can always start developing your own version whilst the template version is running. If you the costs of the templates are close to the costs of the 'made from scratch' (MFC) version (which would sound strange), then you need to take into account the following: 1. MFC version usually takes longer 2. MFC version usually has additional 'surprise' costs. 3. Template version has limited ability to make changes. If you decide to go for the MFC version, make sure that: a. you have a development contract with the developers b. you chose developers that you can trust (have recommendations). c. Don't ever pay the entire amount upfront. Always pay only after each milestone has been done, and leave at least 25% of the payment for at least 2 months after they have signed over the project (in case you discover bugs). d. Make sure that after every stage they send you the code. Good luck I've successfully helped over 350 entrepreneurs, startups and businesses, and I would be happy to help you. Hey there - it would be helpful to learn a little more about the specifics you are looking for. But, as I understand it, you are wanting to contact those who have booked time with you before and request a review? Depending on how long it has been (thus the "depth" of the relationship), you can message them here on Clarity. If you have the time and desire, you can also seek them out on LinkedIn and connect with them there to request a review. I hope this helps! Keep in mind - your goal should be to always strengthen the relationship mutually, not seek them out (or stalk them) for your own benefit. All the best, -Shaun

Have you showed investors "whats in it for them?" A direct answer to your question is not possible as there might be many reasons on why you didnt get a response. Funding is not an easy process and it will take a lot of your time. * You will need to understand what investors look for and what encourages them to invest. * How did you demonstrate your idea? how good is your pitch? * Do you have a business model? a plan? These are some of the questions that you will need to think about before even approaching investors. As for you getting help building your product, at this stage may be bringing in a tech co-founder can be a good and cost-effective idea. Good Luck!

To directly answer your question, different products have different requirements and are subject to different regulations. And each product and product category should be evaluated individually. You can check the government link for some related info. https://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/ceb-bhst.nsf/eng/h_tt00051.html#Q1 You can check the lab which issued the certification if they are authorized to issue Canadian certificate. You can also call the lab and make due diligence regarding the report. There are many other ways to verify the factory too. I have been developing products for 15+ years and living in China for the last 10 years. I am happy to help with your further questions. Cheers, Mert.

Validation and monetization - two great questions. See some great tips on how to do validation in this answer: https://clarity.fm/questions/6423/how-do-you-do-market-research (happy to help you plan your specific validation process) Regarding monetization - the most suitable business models in this case would be commission / intermediate fee taken from either the advertisers or the owners of the advertising spaces (spas, coworking spaces) or both of them. You can find your answer on the Small Business Association website for your state. If you still have questions, visit your local City Hall official and they can assist you.

This depends upon the state. Each state has a different definition of what constitutes "transacting business within the state" Some states will not regard selling products to customers physically present within the state as transacting business - it would require more of a physical presence on the part of the company (office location, warehouse location, remote employees are living and working within the state, etc). Other states, however, have very low thresholds for what constitutes engaged in business within the state. Selling products to customers within the state and collecting sales taxes would be sufficent in those cases, which is likely why you are getting annual report notifications.

Hi, Each item/creation is subject to its' own license and you need to make sure that the license permits you to use whatever you purchased for commercial use and/or that the intellectual property rights/ownership rights have been transferred to you, or that you've received a license to use the item/creation. In regards to Fiver - the section you mentioned does mean that the person doing the gig is assigning the rights over to you - the only problem is that that person may not be the owner of those rights, meaning that he can't actually assign them to you. For example, if the Fiverr person did something for someone else (and already assigned it to them), and then uses those same materials for you... Well done for creating the app. Great question. Regarding setting the price: I would try run a survey with some screen shots that show the game and it's purpose/experience, and ask potential users how much they would pay. I would run one survey with open end questions, such as: "which payment method would you prefer? Answers: one time payment, download payment, monthly payments, yearly payments.... and "How much would you be willing to pay for the service - in each of the various payment options". Then, I'd run another survey with the same questions, but provide various options for them to choose from. There is a lot of psychology behind the way the questions are done, so it is important to do them correctly. Once you've done these survey's, you'll have a better understanding of what you users are willing to pay, and how. Also, if you do the survey right, you could collect potential first clients (they would leave their email address and you can notify them when you launch). Good luck, I've successfully helped over 350 entrepreneurs, startups and businesses, and I would be happy to help you. Great question! Each expert sets their own rate. When a client books a call, they enter the estimated length of call (generally around 30 minutes) and know the estimated amount they will be billed. Once the call is over, Clarity calculates the actual length of call in minutes, multiplied by the expert’s rate. Clarity takes a 15% cut of the fee for their service and the expert collects the rest. I hope this helps! Good luck on building your consulting business here!

Good question. It's not only about how many users you have, it also (and sometimes even more importantly) about: 1. What the conversion rate is (visitor to user or click to paying customer, etc...). 2. What your user life cycle is. 3. How engaged the users are. 4. What your profit % is from each user. 5. What industry you're in. and a few other metrics. Sometimes, if these metrics are good, it less matters that you "only" have X users. You can charge $2.33 per 30 secs So if you get 200 visitors per day, you can expect to make $464 per banner ad. Tho, There are many conditions that can change this calculation.

1. Start with an awesome Bio Your Profile page on Insta will be a very visited place. If it doesn’t look good it will hurt you. As simple as that! Profile pic — Many brands are using their logo which is in sync with their overall branding but they can use something else like a symbol used in a certain recent commercial or something else which is usually associated with the brand. Your website — This is actually the only place on Instagram where you can add a hyperlink (aka a clickable link). This can be swiping up in Stories. Use it wisely so it will matter for visitors to learn more about your organization. Later, after you become established on Instagram you can use what is called a “link in bio solution”. But for the beginning, the discovery mode mindset will serve you well. A simple, yet concise description — Write in few words briefly who you so people could understand in seconds what you are saying. People have a very short attention span (which on Instagram is even shorter) and don’t have any second to lose. Create either a regular or business account — this is totally your decision, ideally, for a brand, it should be a business account, not personal. This will also bring you the basic accolades on Instagram, it will be like your business passport. 2. Identify Your Target Audience The whole purpose on being on Instagram is to develop a community of members, a tribe in sync with your brand and content. In order to create a content plan (aka editorial plan) and keep the users engaged you need to know your purpose on Instagram — what you want to achieve by publishing these materials there. Determining who is your audience is a crucial step because once you know that it will help you to adapt your brand’s tone and voice to the way your audience digest information. 3. Tune Your Voice and Tone The voice and tone are part of who you are as a company or brand, and even as your own personality. Are you soft, hard authoritative, cool, sassy, classy … you will decide on this. This is not 100% fixed without the ability to be changed, they will be in a constant change but in the framework dictated by the way, your audience digests the information. As you will figure out the best tone to hook your audience and make it grow it will become like a DNA imprint and one of the brand’s assets. Over time this will become one of the key elements for the followers’ loyalty. 4. Create a Content Plan (aka Editorial Plan) Building a strong content plan is a strategic decision which will pay high dividends over time. You could decide to spread the content in a few key categories and be consistent there. They will function like pillars for your content to build your whole Instagram account on. Be as creative as possible. You can model what you see working on your competitors' accounts but don’t copy. Be creative as creativity is always rewarding but at the same time don’t try to reinvent the wheel! By planning and scheduling content in advance using any of the tools available on the market today (check before if it is approved by Instagram, not to have troubles with your account) you will have a contact flow of content to feed your audience. 5. Consistency is the Key As in everything, consistency is very, very important. You are the one who will train your tribe. You will form new habits for your followers in what to expect from you over time. This will be seen in: The look of your graphics and posts The tone of your brand’s voice The posting frequency 6. Create an Incentives Program Word of mouth is the best form of almost free advertising. Create an Incentives program also called gifting and look for small-medium influencers on a rise so they will do a lot of work for usual low pay. Find the influencers who are already in sync with your brand’s values and don’t force anything. Repurpose any great content generated by the influencers and use it more than once so you will never run out of content ideas. 7. Invest Little by Little in Advertising With Instagram, the organic reach is still very good but to push the gas pedal why not putting some money in advertising? Always, before starting to advertise establish yourself a goal for advertising on Insta. 8. Monitor, Adjust, Optimize Take a daily or at least weekly of the results you are getting from your Instagram work. Look if people are interacting with your content, what kind of content makes your audience do something, what performs and what doesn’t and take appropriate measures based on this. You need to have patience and don’t expect the great things to happen overnight because this strategy will not work. Also take into consideration that Instagram has buyer traffic which is very important, people are ready to buy right from Instagram which is pretty cool. 9. Create Stories Stories are the #1 way now on Instagram to engage with your followers get attention, awareness, leads and sales. The best way to create stories is using software, here is one I created with this software in less than one minute.

You need to look at your KPI's. If your acquisition strategy can afford referrals, implement that, and ask your cleaners to spread the word (after they complete a clean) and reward them.

I think you can be charging much more than you are, but if you're working with smaller businesses then maybe that budget is more reasonable. Why not offer some kind of tiered option? A post is $15, highlights are $10, but if you get both they're $20—something like that. If you other avenues to distribute your news (like a newsletter, for example), you can add additional packages. I also think 3:1 is too many ads but if your audience is still engaging and there isn't a noticeable dropoff, that's not too bad.

I am so sorry for your loss. Sounds like a really bad and stressful experience. I would suggest you contact a lawyer to understand, whether you have a case against the previous employee - either for wrongful termination of your mother or a consequence of the loss of benefits. At this point in time, however unjust and frustrated you may feel, this is a legal matter, and a lawyer is your best bet to understand, if it is worth your while to pursue this.
