However, becoming an effective public speaker does not have to turn into one of the necessary, yet unpleasant goals on your professional advancement list.
I believe that in these Covid-19 times webinars are the best, even YouTube videos can be a great tool!

The most straight forward answer is just be yourself. The more authentic you are to YOU, the more people will connect with you in these modern times. If you are writing blogs, see if you can be vulnerable and give the audience something to connect to.
