Entrepreneurship
As per my research till now, there is no single platform till now which lists and allows to buy the latest technological products. If people want to know about products they have to follow some blogs regularly, and even blogs also won’t guide the people how to buy those products. There is no specific eCommerce platform to sell physical Technological/Innovative products.

Essentially you want to create a tech blog with more embedded purchasing options. Tech blogs work, so if done right there's no reason this idea would not work.

E-Commerce platforms generally aren't product-specific, so you can sell tech products on any platform. You'll want to really focus on the content though, as you most likely won't be able to compete with the big boys like Amazon and NewEgg on products alone. You need to become an authority on all things tech, and you'll get business because people visit your site to read your content.
Pick a cart that integrates well with a CMS like WordPress and build a content-rich site that encourages users to follow the blog. Social media will also be key. You are going to need to compete on price as well, otherwise people will just read about the products on your site and then go out to Amazon to buy them. Very tough to compete with the small margins the high-volume sellers are using.
So in order to be successful, you'll need to become a trusted authority with a loyal following, get the products to the market before your competitors and at a fair price. VERY tough to directly compete with Amazon on just about anything.

@Lee von Kraus, we are thinking about market place like amazon for niche 'latest technological products', not a blog.

You may want to check out something called Kickstarter or Indiegogo. In addition, post crowdfunding there are tonnes of sites like outgrow.me specializing in tech products.
