Could launching our health app as a m saas consumer paid product vs initially free w/ sharing features hurt our traction metrics?

We will utilize our 100 apple coupon codes for testing with our end prediabetic users, but could launching as a paid monthly consumer product ( assuming correct messaging and pricing testing is done) hurt our ability to close enterprise sales? We have 2 face to face enterprise meetings in our customer segments that are most eager for our product in the next 6 weeks.

Without having all of the details concerning your app:

You shouldn't have any issues with launching the consumer-paid product, however if those same consumers will be the end-users for the product you're developing for enterprise clients, there could be some conflicts of interest.

If there aren't any conflicts, you'd still want to structure your business model to address these two markets separately.

Each buyer will have very unique pain points, decision processes, price tolerance, and support needs.

Depends on the the data type. If anything comes close to HIPPA, you would need to insure your host provider is compliant and has the correct certification. Normally the cost of compliance makes it hard for a freemuim model.

You will need consumer adoption to sell to enterprise clients.
