The questions ARE the meeting. A great meeting has investors asking as many questions as possible because it indicates where we should be spending our time in the presentation.
Take a look at your pitch deck. Throughout each slide there are many opportunities to present a question that can help drive the conversation.
For example:
Most investors will jump in with their own questions but we’re always better off prompting their input in places that we want to have the conversation.
Take a moment to identify 3-5 places in your deck where you can intentionally ask a question, open the discussion to the audience, and hopefully start a conversation.
