Outreach is critical to collecting important info to validate your business. Keep in mind you need to be authentic, vulnerable and very specific to the expert and their experience. Craft a few questions specific to each of the experts on your list. Also make sure your questions are geared towards answers you need. Common topics include feasibility, common pitfalls to avoid, who else should I talk to, and what else should I be asking? Remember your planned questions are a starting point not a limitation. It’s valuable to ask questions as they arise in the conversation as experts may talk through concepts and questions you haven’t already thought of.
