Creating Customer Archetypes

At this stage we need to start understanding who your customers are. You can start by determining how customers purchase and interact with your product, your product pricing and levels of sophistication.

Develop your customer archetypes considering the questions below.

  • How people buy it: Must be accessible solution - website with information with salesperson followup
  • What problem do they have before using your product / service: Need additional business support but do not have the means to hire a full and/or part-time employee
  • How do customers use your product: All assistants will be remote-based, therefore, requiring customers to utilize computer, phone, and video chat, to interact with assigned assistant.
  • Who is the decision maker for your product: Usually a Founder or busy executive is deciding they need assistance as they understand their pain and usually control the budget.
  • Pricepoint: price sensitivity is tantamount to making a success. We must provide our customers with tiered pricing models, on a month-to-month basis, to prevent pri
  • What level of sophistication: Client needs basic computer skills - our assistants will be well-versed in providing flexible solutions, based on individual computer / tech literacy, to reach most potential customers.
