We have build a nice mobile app that allows users to request a professional cleaner on-demand. Supply (Professional Cleaners) side of things looks good but demand side (Client requesting is low). How do I increase that without loosing money. We don't have a web version - completely a mobile app.
If you have the supply of cleaners and are just looking for demand in the service on the consumer side but don't want to spend/risk losing money, I'd recommend a commission/affiliate based marketing strategy. This is a full proof way to grow with guaranteed profit without putting dollars at risk.
