Must-have information on a PPC agency website

Hi, I am starting out a PPC agency in the UK. I am in the process of building a website for my agency. What need experts advice on is: What are the components of a great website in content of agencies? What is the must-have information clients would want to see on my website especially the homepage? Also any other advice in this area? Cheers!

Exciting. Good luck.
Information that would help (most are known but work):
1. Testimonials - super important. If you can get past clients to agree to give a short video testimonial - even better.
2. Logo/names of happy clients.
3. Easy to understand description of your services.
4. quick and easy contact method.
5. Why you're different to all the other agencies.
6. A unique offer - something that the others aren't - for example: 100% money back guarantee (not for the clicks just for the service fee). This clearly shows that you're confident in the quality of your skills/services.
7. A bit about you/the team - if you don't mind - add real pictures. Not just the regular serious profile pics...something personal.
Don't forget about your TOU and PP and GDPR compliance (a headache but better dealing with it rather than paying fines later on).
Good luck!

Adding to Assaf's great suggestions, I will say, that you need to make it easy and hassle-free to interact with you. Easy decisions feel good, and your prospects will be busy people, that don't want to understand your technical challenges; they just want leads.

So if you provide good leads at a fixed price, and they have to do as little as possible, that will increase your chances of success.

Good luck with it - and keep in touch, if you want to discuss this further.

Hello!

When it comes to building a website in this space, clients typically are looking for the following bits of information:

- Experience: how many years have you been operating? How many satisfied clients do you have?
- Case Studies: this is an integral aspect of any website in the agency space. Having tangible results for prospective clients to evaluate reinforces the notion that they should work with your agency.
- Social Proof: linked to case studies, but having 100% verified testimonials featured on your website is essential.
- Authoritativeness: this can be exhibited via website content, either within your main service pages or featured on the blog. It's imperative to give potential leads a sense of your markeitng process and what to expect.

Remember, your goal with a new website is to cultivate leads organically. Your homepage should be a giant advertisement with enough content to rank for more general terms and enough "pizzazz" to showcase your experience and past successes. Keep long-form content regarding sub-services to inner pages, which can be used to rank for more competitive keywords.

I'd be glad to go over this process in more detail over a call. It's actually been an interesting subject of discussion internally as we have various departments chiming in on what an agency website should look like, but in the end, you need to be aware of your target audience and understand what makes the best first impression.
