Just want to see if my name and logo will even be allowed to be trademarked, and what the costs for the attorney, filings, etc. (all in costs) will be. I checked months ago when starting the company and there wasn't any trademark for the name but found out there's a famous book with a very similar title. I'm not sure if this affects any TM? Thanks ahead of time for any help!
