Background: I'm looking for direction and guidance as I'm working to grow my consultancy (design/development) beyond just me (+ sub-contractors). I want to grow a team, and grow the business. 1. What can I expect from working a coach? *What was your experience working with a coach?* 2. Where would I find a coach? 3. Things to look for / watch out for when evaluating a coach? 4. How much can I expect to pay? Based on my description above, can you recommend any names?

You will find great information and answers to your questions. I would recommend that you hire a coach who has invested in their profession by becoming certified or earning their ICF credential.
Most coaches offer a free call or meeting. Come prepared with your questions. Inquire as to the experience level of the coach in your particular area of interest or need. Fees range based on experience, credentials, client base and areas of focus.
