I offer an online course that helps women plan and set up their own business website. I regularly talk to prospects, show them example content + feedback and results from other participants, get the impression that they are very ready and very eager to get started, and then: nothing. How can I re-connect with them when the last thing I heard was "Great, I think I'll get started!" - and then they never did?
